“The Bright World of Metals” – the technology trade fairs GIFA, METEC, THERMPROCESS and NEWCAST together form a successful trade fair quartet that is an international industry meeting place, knowledge platform and source of inspiration all in one. From June 25 to 29, around 2,000 exhibitors will be presenting their innovations on the future topics of additive manufacturing and Industry 4.0 & ecoMetals in Düsseldorf. The event covers almost the entire spectrum from foundry technology and metallurgy to thermal process technology.
The NEWCAST FORUM, which will take place on June 26 in Hall 13, will focus on best practice presentations from the foundry industry.
At the invitation of the Federal Association of the German Foundry Industry, EISENGIESSEREI BAUMGARTE will report on the introduction of the MES solution FASTEC 4 PRO. “Turning data into facts – process optimization through digitalization” is the title of the presentation by Managing Director Dipl.-Ing. Eckhard Winter. At 13:30, he will explain how the step-by-step binding of all plants and company divisions to the modular MES took place. His presentation will focus on the results achieved by using fact-based data for production process optimization.
FASTEC experts will also use the international platform to intensify the dialog with existing customers and interested parties from the foundry industry.
