Whitepaper Series "Industry 4.0:" Step 2
Find the Right Partner

What aspects do companies have to consider when looking for the right partner for their company? Every project is individual. Our whitepaper provides answers to the questions and criteria to be considered.

At a Glance

Every MES project is unique in terms of its requirements and circumstances (e.g., due to special machine connections, interfaces to ERP systems, etc.). Therefore, experience and expertise are the most important factors in favor of a provider. For example, production companies often have a heterogeneous machine park, which means that a mixture of different machine interfaces has to be implemented in the MES projects. This task alone can hardly be realized with a lack of experience, or only with a high expenditure of time and money.

Precise planning in advance protects against disappointment or exploding costs. Therefore, all requirements and boundary conditions, machines and systems to be considered must be coordinated in advance. In our whitepaper, we present detailed criteria and questions for planning future-proof projects.
