Our top priority is to promote dialogue between FASTEC users. Nobody knows the challenges of manufacturing companies better than they do. We want our software to constantly improve and support our customers with exactly these challenges. Through our user network, they can have a say in potential functions and further developments in FASTEC 4 PRO and actively participate in its development.
Linda Bauer, PR and Communications Manager at FASTEC
Members have access to a platform created especially for FASTEC 4 YOU, which offers opportunities to exchange ideas and information. In addition, there have already been numerous webinars on various topics in the first year: these included release presentations, insights into the various modules of FASTEC 4 PRO and best practice insights from users.
In April 2023, the first network meeting was also held on-site at FASTEC. The event offered participants the opportunity to exchange ideas and network in workshops. Here is a review.
Working groups were also set up. In these, FASTEC users talk to product management about potential functions in FASTEC 4 PRO. This gives them the opportunity to actively help shape our software. Their requirements are recorded and implemented.
We started with the quality assurance working group. The first functions from the users’ requirements have been included in the current release (version 3.4.5).
Becoming a Member Pays Off
Needless to say, members can also look forward to other exciting programme items and working groups on other software modules in the future. The focus will be on best practices with customers. This includes webinars and events directly at users’ premises.
FASTEC 4 YOU was born out of the idea that knowledge multiplies when it is shared. New ideas and impulses can lead to promising solutions that you would not have found from your own perspective. In the future, our focus will continue to be on bringing users together and thus generating the maximum benefit from the use of FASTEC 4 PRO, that is, the maximum benefit for the company.
