By using FASTEC 4 PRO in production, we gain valuable data for calculating the OEE. However, the findings alone are not enough. It is important to derive measures from this and implement them.

After a presentation by Ypsomed on the use of the software in production, a production tour was given. This allowed the participants to gain an even better understanding of how production data is recorded and reported.
In the beginning, employees perceived the introduction of digital data acquisition software as an obstacle. However, by using easyOEE in the early days, they were able to develop an initial understanding of how to record data. Today, there is a high level of acceptance for FASTEC 4 PRO in the company.

FASTEC regularly organizes ON-SITE events at existing customers with the aim of offering interested parties an insight into working with FASTEC 4 PRO in the factory. The insight into the practice and the exchange of ideas are particularly valuable for them.
A great advantage of the ON-SITE events are the discussions we have with interested parties and existing customers as well as the conversations between the participants. These show the current challenges manufacturing companies are facing and what keeps them on their toes. We then take this into account when developing our solutions.
