Reusch is convinced that the online documentation will lead to a reduction in queries in telephone support. The number of on-site appointments is also likely to fall. Availability at any time, regardless of location, also makes the user less dependent on the service times of FASTEC employees.
“We want our customers to master FASTEC 4 PRO well, securely and as autonomously as possible. This is in line with our philosophy; only then does the use of an MES really make sense for the customer.
