The participants created individual views and dashboards for different target groups, visualized machine statuses, KPIs and shift information.
They also learned how to create and use evaluations with FASTEC 4 PRO, how to interpret reports, how to use drill-down functions and how to handle production-relevant key figures with confidence.
Reflection on Relevant Key Figures
After lunch together, the focus shifted to discussing the selection and design of useful key performance indicators (KPIs). The participants discussed which metrics are truly meaningful in their respective production environments and how these can be used specifically for optimization purposes.
