The focus of the collaboration is the 3-month smartOEE project, which enables a fast and easy entry into MES. With machine and production data collection (MDC/PDC), manufacturing companies uncover the potential of their machines, initiate improvements, and sustainably increase productivity.
To support this, FASTEC provides a plug & play system consisting of powerful software and reliable hardware. Production data is recorded digitally and can be analyzed directly in the cloud.
By automatically calculating Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), companies derive optimization measures and increase the productivity of their production.
