Plan personnel availability

In the personnel availability planning, personnel pools can be defined and the presence or absence of individual employees or employee groups can be managed on the basis of your shift schedules. Shortages due to holiday or illness can be entered. Thus, the actual capacity for the individual shifts can be depicted.

Detailed Scheduling delivers the calculated personnel need as default value for the individual resource groups per shift. By superimposing the two values, it immediately becomes evident whether sufficient personnel capacity to process the planned orders of the individual areas during the respective shifts is available or if an adaptation is required.

With this information, the module delivers you an up-to-date personnel shift schedule at any time. Interfaces to other personnel systems (e.g. to performance and bonus wage calculation systems) are possible.

Plan personnel deployment

In the personnel deployment planning, you can assign individual employees either to concrete work stations – machines, plants, lines, etc. – or production orders.

Automatic consideration of special employee abilities and qualifications ensures that the right employee with the right qualifications is at the right place working on the right order. In the process, you can also file temporal validity ranges when assigning qualifications or capabilities.

In combination with the MES module Personnel Time Recording, it is possible to increase the benefits of the personnel planning module. For example, you can take individual personnel costs into consideration for post-calculation or in order to motivate employees through individual work schedules, exact time tracking and performance-based remuneration (Interface to performance and bonus wage calculation systems).
