FASTEC develops software for optimizing production. What sets us apart is our approachable culture and flat hierarchies \u2013 no one uses formal titles here. It\u2019s also nice that we have around 100 employees, which gives everything a more family-like atmosphere. This is also reflected in the sales processes. I enjoy interacting with people and like traveling \u2013 which naturally fits well in sales and field service. I like talking to people and finding solutions together with them. For me, sports are certainly a major way to relax. Traveling also helps, whether it\u2019s city trips or longer vacations \u2013 though of course, that\u2019s not possible every day or weekend. Spending time with my girlfriend is also important. I can have good conversations with her because she comes from a completely different professional background.
