Production employees can already conveniently record their personnel times at the machine using RFID: When a person holds their chip to the RFID reader on the production terminal, the system automatically logs them on to the machine. The recorded production data is thus automatically linked to the employees. In the case of multi-machine operation, it is now possible to log on to other machines at the same time as logging on to one terminal. To do this, employees simply select the relevant machines. For them, this means a high level of user-friendliness and time savings at the same time. The division of working times for subsequent controlling can be arranged as required.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

There are also new features in the Machine Data Acquisition (MDA) module of FASTEC 4 PRO: Production employees can now select meter user-defined texts directly at the touch terminal. If they have previously stored user texts for meters in the master data, these user texts are displayed on the production terminal for selection, eliminating the need for manual typing. For example, when entering counted scrap items, it is possible to differentiate exactly how or why this scrap came about. The corresponding counters report can then be used to analyze which reasons for rejects occurred most frequently and how these can be eliminated.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

In the MDA module, production employees can now record and analyze their setup processes in even greater detail. To this end, FASTEC has implemented two new data points that make it possible to record the actual values for the setup and teardown times. All the company has to do is select in the master data which states apply to the setup and teardown times. If a correspondingly selected state is active in the production process, the recorded time is automatically displayed as the actual setup time or actual teardown time. These times can then be comprehensively analyzed in the setup time evaluation and appropriate measures can be derived if necessary.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

With the new version 3.4.7 of FASTEC 4 PRO, measurements can now also be exported with the Excel export of the quality evaluation. The evaluator makes his settings for the report as usual, for example by selecting a time range, filtering for certain resources, orders or operations and selecting individual test steps or characteristics.
