Statements from our employees:<\/p><p><i>&#8220;During my dual study program, I particularly liked the alternation between theory and practice, which allowed me to apply what I had learned directly. I really appreciate my nice colleagues and the pleasant working atmosphere! I also have varied subject areas and very good career prospects at FASTEC.&#8221;<\/i><br \/><strong>Leon Pott, Bachelor of Science\u00a0<\/strong><b>Business Informatics with a focus on Business Process Management in the function of Head of Product Management<\/b><\/p><p><i>&#8220;During my studies, I always liked the aspect of alternating between theory and practice. During the practical phase, I was usually able to concentrate fully on the work and the various topics involved. The decision to stay at FASTEC was quite easy for me, as I was already involved in the usual work routines and therefore wanted to continue in this position.&#8221;<\/i><br \/><strong>Michael Wettstein, Bachelor of Science\u00a0<\/strong><b>Business Informatics with a focus on Business Process Management, Product Manager<\/b><\/p><p><em>&#8220;<\/em><i>The atmosphere is good and the work is varied.&#8221;<\/i><br \/><strong>Marvin Angermann,\u00a0<\/strong><b>IT Specialist Application Development<\/b><\/p><p>&#8220;I like the fact that I can work very independently at FASTEC and have already been given responsibility during my training. The cooperation with my colleagues is great! Everyone is very nice, helpful and motivated. I&#8217;m happy to stay at FASTEC to have the chance to take another step towards digitalized production together with the company and the customers and to have an active influence by helping to design the software.&#8221;<br \/><strong>Maximilian Claes,\u00a0<\/strong><b>Business Specialist for IT Systems Management<\/b><\/p><p>&#8220;I particularly liked the fact that I was quickly integrated into the daily work routine and I generally find the working atmosphere very pleasant.
