The Screen Designer of the Basic Module provides you with a a simple yet comprehensive tool to individually design the different screens. This enables screens for the following operational areas for example to be generated quickly and easily:
- tabular screens, with which data captured from several machines can be compared at a glance,
- graphic, freely configurable screens, which can graphically depict the machinery units for instance and
- slide views, with which different displays of the real-time data captured can be shown one after the other in freely definable intervals.
In the tabular factory floor monitoring system, the production manager for instance can compare at a glance the status of several machines, the respective order progress and the amounts produced in real time from his/her office.
But what use is the best monitoring system if you're not at your workstation?
That's where the efficient information management system of the MES system FASTEC 4 PRO comes into play. After the event in question occurs, the system immediately sends an SMS or e-mail to the employee responsible for escalation management . In the process, you can define what kind of alarm message is sent to which employee for each event.
