If you have an easyOEE support agreement or an easyOEE rental device, your support request is free of charge; otherwise, a charge of EUR 8,- per 5 minutes of support time began will be levied.

By sending your data, you are accepting that, unless you have an easyOEE support agreement or an easyOEE rental device, we will charge you EUR 8 per 5 minutes of support time began. After support has been given, you will receive an invoice containing details on the support time accrued.
